Monday, November 17th, 2014, Cleveland OH– Jergens Inc. announces its universal Multi-Axis Rotary Adapters for a range of 3, 4 and 5 axis applications. The two additions, first unveiled at IMTS 2014, are designed with FixturePro® QLS mounting system or Jergens Zero Point System (ZPS) which provide easy implementation on a wide range of standard rotary indexers and tables.

Long term industry trends to lean manufacturing, shorter lead times, smaller batch sizes and more setups have led to the growing use of 5 axis and multi-axis machines and accessories to eliminate multiple operations. Wednesday, July 16th, 2014, Cleveland OH– Jergens Inc. announces that their range of pallet solutions has been expanded to include two more styles, a 4-Pin pallet and a manual version of the company’s popular ZPS (Zero Point System).

Workholding for Advance CNC Machining of Grove City, OH used to mean just vises on their vertical machines. Now on the HMCs, workholding often entails a column fixture mounted in the machine using the Ball Lock system from Jergens, a system that assures rapid clamping and precise setup location. This system pays for itself when customer demands suddenly change because the Ball Lock tooling enables jobs to be rapidly swapped in and out of a machine.
